Ronit Garber, co-owner and head coach at 2.0 Strength & Fitness, has had a fascinating journey from not being the most sporty girl in school to being a fierce advocate of exercise and its truly boundless benefits. 2.0 was first launched virtually in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic with training sessions being hosted online. Since its opening, the gym has already expanded into a larger space (3 times the size of the original space).
